Loading embroidery file into embroidery machine

If embroidery files are loaded into an embroidery machine, the following must be observed:

How embroidery files are generally loaded into the embroidery machine can be found in the operating instructions of the respective embroidery machine.

If the embroidery machine has a display to show the embroidery file, the colours shown usually do not correspond to the colours of the embroidery program.

To assign the threads, a label is printed on the EPS Jump with a list of the needles used in the embroidery program and the associated threads.

Example:
1: 1800
2: 1801

In this case, the embroidery file requires 1800 thread on needle 1 and 1801 thread on needle 2.

If the embroidery machine has exactly this equipment, the embroidery process can be started immediately after loading the embroidery program.

If the embroidery machine is equipped differently, there are two procedures.

Option 1:
The needles on the embroidery machine are loaded exactly as required by the embroidery file.

Option 2:
The needle assignment on the embroidery machine is changed. The change of the needle assignment is different depending on the embroidery machine. You can find the exact instructions in the operating manual of the embroidery machine.
