In case of problems with the shipping service providers you have the possibility to manually mark an order as shipped via the backend.
To do this, go to the shop administration under "Volume > Orders" and select the affected order. Under the point "Deliveries" you can enter the necessary information about the delivery in the area "Manual shipping" and save the information with the button "Create delivery".
After this the order is also marked with "shipped".
Important: In order for the manual shipping option to be displayed, the order must be completely produced.
