From 01.10.2020 the cancel function will be officially documented in the API. Until then, please check if the settings fit your needs is adapted.
By default, the Smake system allows you to cancel an order or an ID tag until it is sent.
However, you can adjust this setting to your needs.
For this purpose, log on to www.smake.com in your client area and then go to "Configuration> Settings".
Under the item "order management > allow cancellation" you can choose between the following options:
Not allowed
With this setting, cancelling an order or ID tag completely deactivated.
To the supplier order
With this setting an order or ID tag can be cancelled as long as until a supplier order has been generated.
Until an ID tag is printed
With this setting an order or ID tag can be cancelled as long as until the ID tag(s) is/are printed at the goods receipt.
Until an ID-tag is in production
With this setting an order or ID tag can be cancelled as long as until the ID tag(s) has/have been further processed in production.
Until an ID-Tag has been sent
With this setting an order or ID tag can be cancelled as long as until the ID tag(s) has/have been sent.
Speciality:
In addition, cancellation is prevented if an ID tag is already in the order sorting is located. In this case the goods must first be physically removed from the order sorting can be removed and the box can be emptied via the administration.
