1. Turn on the TouchBOX and other hardware components
First of all switch on the TouchBOX at your „Order Sorting“
On the TouchBOX V4 you will find a switch for this on the bottom side. It may take a few seconds to boot up the TouchBOX. |

2. Logging in to the TouchBOX with your employee ID card
After switching on your TouchBOX, the login interface appears first. You should already have created a staff card. If this is not already the case, your production supervisor can create it for you.
Hold the QR Code of your card below the scanner to log in. This is absolutely necessary. Each employee must always log in at the station where they work.

3. Sort items by order
Scan your article here as usual and immediately the TouchBOX will show you in the upper right corner in which box you have to put the textile. The box appears in the overview. Now marked blue. Put the textile into the correct box and continue with the next part.

4. Button "Box full"
If it is a larger order, you have already scanned the ID tag and your box is already full, so you cannot put the item in the box anymore - tap the „Box full“ button. Now the system takes a new free box and links these two boxes together. So you know afterwards that the two boxes belong together.
If you are using the glove scanner between your sorting shelves, you can use our "box full" QR code sticker if you wish and do not have to go back to the TouchBOX first.
Simple add new boxes! Navigate via the menu of the TouchBOX to the item „Administration“ and then tap on „Order Sorting“. Here you can easily open new boxes and expand your order sorting. If you want to reduce the size of your order sorting and fewer boxes are sufficient, you can also deactivate them here.
5. Overview of the boxes on TouchBOX
Blue marking: indicates that the textiles have not been in the box for a long time or are the newest. (1-2 days in the box). Order is not complete.
Yellow marking: the order is in the box for at least 3 days. Order is not complete.
Red marking: the red marking indicates that the textiles have been in the boxes for a long time, but the order is not yet complete.
Green marking: The order is complete and ready for shipping.
The numbers below the crate numbers indicate how many days the articles have been in the crate.
6. Display content of the Boxes
Tap on any box (number) and a new mask opens. Here you can see exactly which articles are contained in the box. In addition to the ID tag number you can also see the name of the article, how long the article has been in production and how long it has been in the order sorting or box.
