1. Turn on the TouchBOX and other hardware components
First switch on the TouchBOX at any station.
On the TouchBOX V4 you will find a switch for this on the bottom side. It may take a few seconds to start up the box. |

2. Logging in to the TouchBOX with your employee ID card
After switching on your TouchBOX, the login interface appears first. You should already have created a staff card. If this is not already the case, your production supervisor can create it for you.
Hold the QR Code of your card below the scanner to log in. This is absolutely necessary. Each employee must always log in at the station where they work.
You can find the instructions for managing employees in your production here:
Manage Employees - Printing the Employee Card
3. Switch to Administration Area
Open the menu of the TouchBOX and tap with your finger on „Administration“ > „Workstations“. The administration interface of the TouchBOX then opens. This area should be reserved for the production manager or supervisor.
Here you can now select the required area.
4. Release
Under „Release“ you have the possibility to unlock already produced ID Tags. This is especially useful if you accidentally closed the ID Tag before you actually produced / printed it at the DTG station.
The red area symbolizes that the ID Tag is locked. Tap on the button „Release“ and the red mark turns green. The ID-tag is now unlocked again.
Via the button „back“ you get back to the overview of the administration interface.
If a textile does not pass the quality control, a new ID tag must be generated via the backend. If this is only enabled at this point, you bypass the actual process and a correct evaluation of the production steps is no longer possible.
5. Order Sorting
If your order sorting boxes are full, you can easily add, activate or deactivate new boxes here.
Use the button „Add new box“ and your new box will be added immediately. The numbers of the boxes are automatically consecutive. The new box is initially inactive. You can activate it by clicking the green button „activate“ and it will automatically be displayed in your order sorting or on the big screen of the shipping station.
You can also unlock the box for shipping by clicking the button „activate“. This function is also reserved for production managers and should only be used in emergencies.
6. Reprint ID Tag
Here you can easily reprint your ID tag. This function should only be used if an ID tag is damaged or lost. The current status of the ID-tag is kept here.
You can install a second label printer for ID tags in your production and use red ID tag stickers or hangtags. The reprinted ID tags will then automatically land on the red tags, making them more visible in production and allowing them to be prioritized.
7. Statistics
This button takes you to the evaluation of your production.
In the upper overview you see a daily updated summary of the most important information.
Here you can view various statistics, such as hourly values, daily or for a certain period of time. You can also use additional filters, for example to filter by the status of the ID tag or by an employee ID.
