2. Logging in to the TouchBOX with your employee ID card
After switching on your TouchBOX, the login interface appears first. You should already have created a staff card. If this is not already the case, your production supervisor can create it for you.
Hold the QR Code of your card below the scanner to log in. This is absolutely necessary. Each employee must always log in at the station where they work.
You can find the instructions for managing employees in your production here:
Manage Employees - Printing the Employee Card
3. Scan ID-Tag
Scan the ID Tag as usual to get more information and start hooping.
Next you will see a preview of the textile as the customer has designed it, if there are several views available they will also be shown in the left part. In the middle you see the current preview in the upper part and a preview of the embroidery program in the lower part.
You now have the possibility to transfer the embroidery program to the EPS by pressing the button „POSITIONING (EPS)“.
4. Positioning EPS
The embroidery program will now be automatically sent to the EPS Jump. |

5. Change Frame
Click on the hoop icon at the left edge to open a selection of already created hoops. Here you can easily select the hoop you need. |
Here you can find the instructions to add new hoops to the HoopStation
Insert the selected frame holder at the EPS Jump and hoop the textile as usual. On the right side of the TouchBOX you will see a preview of the order or a mockup of the ordered article from which you can see the placement of the motif / logo. The logo will be displayed on the projector in the meantime. Start placing the logo by moving the textile with the help of the XY-shift on the EPS. |
|
When you have found the right position, put the top frame on. The textile is now firmly clamped in the magnetic frame.
6. Design Placement
Now you have the possibility to move the design within the frame and rotate the design. Rotation and placement of the design are stored on the cloud and can be recalled on the embroidery machine, so no manual adjustment is necessary.
7. Assistance tools
There are several aids available to help you achieve the best possible placement.
Grid
You can have a grid projected onto the textile by clicking on the „Grid“ button.
Neck-Shoulder-Point
The „Neck-Shoulder-Point“ line that you can access by clicking on the „HSP“ button projects a virtual ruler that is always displayed from the center of the logos.
Margin Tool
This tool draws a red-dotted frame around your design and by clicking on the „Margin size“ button. You can specify the size of the frame, which is ideal for keeping a given distance from seams or pockets.
Invert
If you have problems recognizing the subject or the lines because the underlying textile color makes it difficult, you can use the Invert function and improve the display on different textile colors.
