Open the EPS software on your PC and go to the Profile tab.
Create a new profile and fill the input field "Profile-Identifier" with a value of your choice,
You will need this later to match the profile.
Important: Please do not use any special characters like white spaces in the filename or id.
Open the production backend and go to the setting for the machines
Here you have the choice between 2 options
1. the standart profile - this is always used when no profile is assigned to the textile.
2. product profiles - here you can assign the profile to a specific article and color.
We start with the default profile, click on the link "standart profile".
In the default profile are already entered different values.
For the profile matching the line "reference_id" is important, enter here the same which you have assigned in the Smake EPS software.
after saving, the profile "smake01" is now always selected when scanning on the Epson F3000.
Next we connect a certain textile with a profile.
go to the link "product profiles"
now you get an overview of all your textiles
The icon in the upper left corner indicates whether a profile is stored:
Red = no profile saved
Yellow = at least one profile of a color saved
Green = each color has a profile
Click on a textile you want to link to a profile.
Now choose a color and click on the "+".
You get again the view from the standart profile now you change again the field "reference_id" with your matching profile from the Smake EPS software.
(Tip)
You can also assign the profile to several colors at the same time by using the checkbox at the bottom of the profile.
