Weighing Modes (M)

You can access these settings by logging into the Productions backend and

switching to the "Work stations" area.

Now the shipping station to be changed must be selected. (Your shipping station name may be different here).

On the new page, click on "Edit" in the Shipping section, and a new window will open.

At this point you now select the preferred mode.

1. Automatic weighing

   The procedure with the connection of a scale to our system and the automatic determination of the weight via the scale is used as standard. For this, an appropriate scale must be used, which can communicate with our system.
   The real weight of the package on the scale is determined and used for the creation of a shipping label via a multicarrier connection.
   
   

2. Manual weight input

   With this method, the weight can be entered manually. No connected scale is necessary.
   A suggestion for the weight is given from the stored weight of the product and packaging. This can be accepted or overwritten.
   

3. Automatic weight entry

   With this setting, a scale is not required. The stored weight of the product and packaging is automatically accepted.
